If you ask Rick why he wanted to write, the answer is rather simple: ‘to create worlds in which others can walk.’ It’s one of those things that’s easy to say, and difficult to execute. However, that hasn’t stopped Rick from trying. After finishing his master’s degrees in both English Literature as well as Education, Rick has dedicated most of his spare time to writing to find an outlet for the multitude of stories and worlds living in his head. The result is A Trace of Madness. Never one to sit still for long, Rick is already working on a new story and a different world which he hopes to show soon. Between his day job as a lecturer, trainer and educational consultant and his night time activity of writing, you can find him cooking homemade meals, working out, exploring the world of rum or playing video games.
